The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They provided practical information on nearby attractions and restaurants with a smile.

Dark Room.

the room was nice and beautiful and the view of the cathedral was fabulous. the location of the hotel was super and exceptional - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from torre giralda bell tower.

Our stay there was such great. Everything was perfect at this hip new hotel. The personnel were friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. Also, location was super, just a short walk away from an iconic 19th-century arch bridge. Moreover, it was close enough to Sevilla, the main attractions, and the Cathedral.

Rooftop pool and bar area stunning with second-floor lounge. Ideal location near shopping, excellent restaurants, and main sights. Attentive, helpful staff. Fabulous room with separate lounge area. Excellent experience overall.

Brilliant hotel, it has amazing views and excellent location in the middle of jackson. The staff are attentive and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. They have on-site restaurant called La Maestria...

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the staff helpful, magnificent location in the middle of the city. We were in the deluxe queen room with a laptop-size safe, a minibar and central heating. The view of the cathedral was magnificent.

Our room had a proper bathroom and was cozy. The location was perfect for exploring on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. The beds and bath were huge!

The rooftop terrace with the stunning views was a highlight for us, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The service was top-notch, with the option for room service and the convenience of free Wi-Fi. Not obvious to find.

Loved the complementary drinks and snacks that kept us refreshed during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering amazing sights. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop, truly mesmerizing.

We experienced poor service from some of the staff members. They were not very attentive and seemed disinterested in assisting us with our needs.

The hotel staff, especially receptionist Beatrice, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The free bottles of water in the room were a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop sunbathing area and bar had stunning views.
